What is your refund policy?
As a young company faced with strict capacity guidelines and intensive set-up schedules, we have a strict cancellation policy within 12 hours of practice. If you cancel your spot within that time you will be charged a maximum of £5.00 for late cancel or £8 for no show. If you have extenuating circumstances and are no longer able to attend, please contact info@therogueroom.com.

Do I need to be 'good' at Yoga?
The main thing is that you come with an open mind and leave any expectations at the door. We have a range of classes specifically targeted at those newer to the practice, while some of our classes are for more advanced practitioners (or adventurous beginners). Regardless of your experience, let the music guide you.
