Sound Policy
As a studio that has its roots in club culture, The Rogue Room is committed to providing an immersive and transformative experience through sound. However, we also value the importance of hearing health and maintaining a safe environment for our community. Therefore, we have established a sound level policy that adheres to a maximum decibel of 92 to ensure that you can fully immerse yourself in the experience without compromising your hearing health. We believe that the power of music and movement can elevate your practice, and we strive to provide a space that allows you to fully experience the transformative benefits of both.
Safety and Injury
Liability Policy for Injuries in Rocket Yoga at The Rogue Room: At The Rogue Room, we strive to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all participants in our Rocket Yoga classes. However, we understand that injuries may occur during physical activities and we want to ensure that our participants are aware of the potential risks associated with Rocket Yoga. By attending our Yoga classes, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks and hazards associated with participating in this type of physical activity. You also agree to take full responsibility for any and all injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of your participation in our Rocket Yoga classes.
We require all participants to sign a waiver before attending any of our classes, which outlines the potential risks associated with Yoga and releases The Rogue Room and its staff from any liability or responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in our classes.
Our Rocket Yoga classes are led by experienced and certified yoga instructors, but it is important to listen to your body and only push yourself to your own individual limits. If at any point you feel discomfort or pain during a Rocket Yoga class, we encourage you to immediately inform your instructor and modify or stop the pose.
In the event of an injury, we require that the participant inform their instructor and fill out an incident report. We also recommend that participants seek medical attention and inform our staff of any medical diagnosis or treatment related to the injury. We take the safety and well-being of our participants seriously and will do everything within our power to provide a safe and supportive environment for all.
